What we built. We deployed ShoWork as the central work-order platform and layered an AI dispatch routing engine on top. On-site staff submit tickets via voice note or text message, our model transcribes, classifies, prioritizes, and routes to the right vendor automatically. Photo attachments are scored for severity. Escalations fire when SLAs slip.
